Govt urged to trial driverless electric cars

A visiting US transport and energy guru wants the NZ government to give electric vehicles a proper go. Tony Seba says he can envisage a world where self-driving cars circulate a city continuously, collecting passengers whenever needed. He's urging New Zealand to follow in the footsteps of other countries carrying out tests to see how well it will all work.
