Paul Eagle holds back tears in maiden speech

New MPs are continuing to spell out what's brought them into politics and what they hope to achieve over the next three years in their first speeches to Parliament. Yesterday, it was the turn of the two new Green MPs, Chloe Swarbrick and Golriz Ghahraman, and the new MP for Rongotai, Labour's Paul Eagle.
