Auckland's mayor says the benefits from hosting the 2021 Americas Cup regatta will be felt throughout the country, not just his city. It'll cost Auckland betwen $140-190 million to host the event and Phil Goff is urging the Government to chip in. Auckland mayor Phil Goff told RNZ's Todd Niall the regatta will create more jobs and bring in more tax revenue.
