There are still four issues up for neogitation but all 11 nations involved in the deal have now agreeed on every other aspect. The new deal also has a new name - it's now the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for the Trans Pacific Partnership. Veteran trade negotiator Charles Finny has been following developments, as has TPP sceptic Professor Jane Kelsey. They join us to debate the issues around the deal.
