A refashioned Trans Pacific Partnership has been met with both jubilation and trepidation, almost in equal measure. After looking close to complete collapse, the TPP is now back on track, albeit with a new name. All 11 nations involved reached agreement on the core elements of the deal over the weekend - with just four issues requiring further work. Trade Minister David Parker has returned from APEC and joins us to discuss the outcome.
