TPP APEC talks 'tough going' - Ardern

Jacinda Ardern says there is only a fifty-fifty chance of a Trans pacific trade deal being reached. New Zealand is trying to get the 10 other countries to drop the provisions that allow foreign companies to sue governments. The trade ministers have been meeting on the sidelines of Apec at Da Nang in Vietnam. Ms Ardern told reporters the talks are tough going.
