'Disappointment' at charter school review plan
The man who runs four military-style charter schools wants the chance to sit down and negotiate with the new Education Minister Chris Hipkins. Mr Hipkins is planning to review six contracts signed just before the election for new charter schools. He says the contracts breach pre-election protocols. Advance Training Centres, which already runs four military style prep schools, is one of those institutes which could be affected. Its general manager Nick Hyde joins us with his reaction.
