UN urges PNG, Australia to restore services on Manus Island

The United Nations team in Papua New Guinea is strongly urging the PNG and Australian governments to restore basic services to the detention centre. Kedar Poudyal is a Human Rights Adviser for the United Nations based in Port Moresby. He tells us his team is "gravely concerned" and the governments of Australia and PNG need to act urgently.
