New Brighton frustrated by town upgrade confusion

Frustrated New Brighton residents are so fed up with getting no information about three major projects for their suburb they've taken matters into their own hands. The Christchurch suburb has been the focus of Government and council plans to rejuvenate the area which was badly hit in the earthquakes. But locals say they need more time and information before they can give their views - and have been forced to organise their own public meeting to try to get some answers.
