Pay equity legislation thrown out by new govt

The Government is throwing out the pay equity law introduced by National, saying it makes it harder for people to make a claim for fair wages. The Minister for Women, Julie Anne Genter, says National's legislation was deliberately designed to put barriers in the way of workers who want to make a pay equity claim. She joins us to discuss the changes.
