From Morning Report, 7:38 am on 30 October 2017

Former Kuwaiti ambassador Ahmed Bader Razouqi, who left New Zealand after allegations he assaulted a woman in 2015, has been allowed to return for an informal farewell party. He was not arrested or charged, as the Kuwaiti Government refused to waive his diplomatic immunity. It's been revealed in April 2016 he was able to return to New Zealand for 10 days.
