Warren Gatland quits coaching British and Irish Lions

From Morning Report, 7:38 am on 18 October 2017

New Zealander Warren Gatland says he never wants to coach the British and Irish Lions again. The Wales coach says he hated this year's tour of New Zealand. That's despite taking the visitors, who were largely written off early on, to a 1-1 test series draw. Gatland told an interviewer he absolutely hated the press and the negativity. He also responded to recent comments from Lions flanker Sean O'Brien who said the Lions would have won 3-0 if Gatland had been a better coach. The Telegraph's rugby correspondent Gavin Mairs was in the country for that tour and joins us with his analysis.
