NZ First in day two of deliberations - political analysis

The New Zealand First board and MPs will resume their deliberations over whether to form a Government with Labour or National on Tuesday morning. Earlier, Labour leader Jacinda Ardern said it had been policy-based discussion and ministerial roles hadn't been discussed, but she expected a government would be decided upon by the end of the week.
