Southland fatal crash's cause unknown - police

Southland police say they don't yet know the cause of a head on crash that claimed the lives of three people on Sunday night on the Dipton Winton Highway in Southland. The collision killed a young Invercargill couple and a another young woman driving the other car. Two young children a 2-year-old and an 8-month-old survived the crash. RNZ reporter Maja Burry joins us from Christchurch with the details.
