NZ's Pacific influence valuable in China negotiations

New Zealand's links in the Pacific could be a trump card in negotiating a deal with China as part of its trillion dollar programme to build infrastructure around the world. It's been more than six months since New Zealand signed up to work with China on the Belt and Road initiative. There are still questions about what that will mean, but experts say New Zealand's history in the Pacific could play a part in a partnership.
