Jacinda Ardern: Special votes may bring 'comfort'

More than one week after the general election, New Zealand is waiting for a government to be formed. New Zealand First leader Winston Peters is waiting for the special votes, which are due on October 7, and says he will settle coalition negotiations with National and Labour by October 12.
