Hundreds of Catalonia voters injured

About 800 people have reportedly been injured as police used force to try to block voting in Catalonia's independence referendum. The Spanish government has pledged to stop the poll that was declared illegal by the country's constitutional court. Lara Hitos, who lives near Barcelona, tells Susie Ferguson the reason behind the desire for Catalonia independence is the area makes about 20 percent of Spain's GDP, but it gives more than it gets.
