Hundreds of companies pledge to hire unqualified staff

More than 200 companies have pledged to hire more people with no formal qualifications. Companies including Xero, ASB, Noel Leeming, Vector and SkyCity, have all signed an open letter saying they will be more open to hiring people without tertiary qualifications to fill vacancies.
