Merkel wants to win back far-right voters
German chancellor Angela Merkel has said she wants to win back the voters who have left her party for the far-right. The anti-immigration AfD party has emerged as the the third biggest group in Germany's parliament after Sunday's election. Merkel said many people felt they were not being taken seriously. University of Georgia's Associate Professor of International Affairs Cas Mudde says he doesn't the AfD to have a big effect as they already experience internal strife, but they will set the agenda for political debate.
