Fonterra boss' pay shows 'increasing income inequality'

Fonterra chief executive Theo Spierings is now New Zealand's highest paid worker, earning $8.3 million in the past year. The figure was revealed in Fonterra's annual report yesterday. The accounts show Fonterra has 25 staff earning more than $1 million a year, and a hundred who earn $500,000 to $1 million.
