The US President Donald Trump has tightened the noose around North Korea, announcing new US sanctions on companies who do business with the nuclear state. Speaking at the UN in New York, he said he'd signed an executive order allowing sanctions against individuals and companies that provide goods and financial services to Kim Jong Un's dictatorship.
