Tough UN sanctions on N Korea need enforcement - expert
North Korea has been smacked with UN sanctions after its sixth and largest nuclear test. The measures restrict oil imports, a ban of the export of textiles, and a ban on new visas for North Korean overseas workers. Professor Sung-Yoon Lee from Fletcher School at Tufts University says Pyongyang won't change its course until it feels real financial pain imposed by the global community.
