Women's rugby players call for equal pay

New Zealand Rugby is being called on to turn women's rugby a professional sport. Grassroots rugby players say if it was, then players would be encouraged to take their sport further. This call comes just a week after the Black Ferns scooped the women's Rugby World Cup.
