Fletcher Living has built a 170 square-metre house in just nine and a half hours at Auckland's Hobsonville Point. Connal Townsend from the Property Council thinks the idea has the potential to shake up the entire industry.
It consists mainly of panels constructed off-site and put together on-site.
Fletcher Living hopes more of these can start springing up to meet Auckland's housing crisis.
