Sikhs welcoming law change on carrying traditional dagger

The Sikh community says its looking forward to a law change that will allow them to carry their traditional dagger, the kirpan, in public. But NZ First leader Winston Peters has criticised the move. Supreme Sikh Council president Daljit Singh joins us.
