Southern DHB commissioner 'sorry' about 7-month surgery delays

The Southern District Health Board commissioner has apologised after 10 prostate cancer patients at Dunedin Hospital had to wait seven months for urgent surgery meant to be done within weeks. Labour health spokesperson and Dunedin North MP David Clark joins us.
