The $27,000 report at the centre of the Auditor-General's resignation won't be released by the Officers of Parliament committee.
The MP in charge, House Speaker David Carter, told Morning Report he could not say whether a deal was done to keep the report secret, saying any such discussion would break Parliament's rules.
