Robinson helicopter exec forced to defend company reputation

A top executive from Robinson helicopters has angrily defended the company's reputation, saying its crash rate has been blown out of proportion. Bob Muse says there's a problem with the number of crashes in NZ, but he blames pilot behaviour.
