More and more children need English as second language lessons

A growing number of students in New Zealand schools need English lessons to make the most out of school. In the past decade it has increased by 50 percent. But teachers in some parts of the country say they aren't getting adequate training and the cash available for extra tuition runs out before some students have become fluent.
