Car deliberately hits Paris police van on Champs-Elysees

A car deliberately hit a police van before bursting into flames on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées in central Paris. The driver died in the incident. Our correspondent Peter Allen says Police found a Kalashnikov rifle, handguns and gas canisters in the car. He says the man was an Islamic radical known to the police.
