Ballance Agri-Nurients 'disappointed' about court ruling

A ship bound for New Zealand with 54 thousand tonnes of phosphate will have to stay in South Africa while activists sue for compensation. The Chief Executive of Ballance Agri-Nutrients Mark Wynne says they were hoping for clarity from the South African court, but they're 'disappointed' with its ruling.
