Cameras on fishing boats not designed to be used in prosecutions

A company involved in a trial of video monitoring of commercial fishing boats says the resulting footage was not designed to be used in prosecutions. Jeremy Fleming is the chair of Trident Systems, one of the companies in the trial, and says the cameras were set up to measure the quantity and not the length of fish.
