Dairy security fund criticised as too small to make an impact

Dairy owners say the government's 1.8 million dollar fund to help some businesses buy security equipment is nowhere near enough to protect them. Steve Roberts is the director of Fortress Security and says installing security equipment isn't a cheap task.
