Rise in HIV data 'incredibly disappointing' say experts

HIV experts say a recent rise in recorded cases is incredibly disappointing especially when the disease could easily be stopped in New Zealand. 2016 saw the highest number of people diagnosed with HIV since records began more than 30 years ago.
