Passengers left grounded after British Airways failure

British Airways is warning travellers to expect more delays and cancellations of flights after a disruptive Bank Holiday weekend. An IT system failure left thousands of passengers grounded over the weekend, plans were disrupted and many had to also do without their luggage.
