The Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte has now declared martial law on the second largest island of Mindanao. It's been almost a year since Mr Duterte took office, introducing his deadly 'war on drugs' at the same time. Nearly nine thousand people have been killed - 3000 of them by police - during the past year. Amnesty International's Wilnor Papa isn't happy with the direction the country is taking.
