Troops deployed across UK in wake of Manchester suicide bombing

Close to a thousand armed troops have been deployed to guard key sites across the UK, such as Buckingham Palace and Downing Street. Frank Gardner, the BBC's Security Correspondent, says it's an unusual measure for an extraordinary situation - but it's to free up the police to be able to hunt down the extremists.
