Tahitian youngsters getting high on cocaine from grounded yacht

The mayor of the French Polynesian atoll wants police to put a stop to youngsters getting high on cocaine from a cargo yacht which ran aground on the atoll in April. At the time, the yacht had hundreds of kg of the drug on board.
