PM backs Navy's decision not to review contracts

The Prime Minister is backing the Navy's decision not to review its contracts with a Singapore-based company which is embroiled in a multi-million dollar corruption scandal. Leonard Francis - known as Fat Leonard for his 160-kilogram physique - is the centre of a scandal which has been called the biggest in US Navy history. The New Zealand Navy paid over 7-hundred-thousand dollars to Francis' port services company for specific ship visits in South East Asia between May 2007 and December 2011
