Wellington rugby's campaign kicks off without a hitch

An initiative aimed at cutting out abuse on the sidelines of kids games is under way in Wellington. It hopes to make the sidelines a friendlier place. It's too early to tell if its working, but for now parents are happy to see how it plays out.
