Liberal Moon Jae-in elected new South Korean president

For the first time in a decade South Korea has elected a liberal President, choosing former human rights lawyer Moon Jae-in. It follows the impeachment of Park Geun-hye after a corruption scandal. Analyst Scott Snyder joins us from Washington DC.
