Peters says Aust govt can't be blamed for crackdown

Winston Peters says Statistics NZ information on New Zealand citizens leaving for Australia is wrong. He says he has long been concerned about New Zealand being a soft backdoor route for migrants entering Australia, although while Foreign Minister for three years the matter was not raised with him by Australian authorities.
