Chirstchurch earthquake rescuer wins landmark court case

Chch builder Bill Toomey will originally turned down by ACC for a claim of post-traumatic stress disorder after helping rescue trapped earthquake survivors in 2011; he's just won a landmark court case and ACC's been ordered to pay his claims.
