Dutch prime minister sees off challenges to win election

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte has seen off a challenge from the anti-Islam anti-EU populist Geert Wilders to claim victory in parliamentary elections. But Mr Wilders now leads the second largest party in the Dutch parliament. The Dutch Broadcasting Foundation's Hans Andringa told Morning Report that the undecided voters swung behind Mark Rutte in the end.
