Immigration and Islam are flash points in Netherlands election which takes place later today.  The Dutch election comes as the Netherlands are in the middle of an escalating diplomatic row with Turkey. Overnight, the President Erdogan kept up his attacks on the EU countries, including the Netherlands, who have banned rallies about Turkish constitutional reforms.
