Gangs behind beehive and honey thefts - police

Honey and beehive thefts are on the rise. Apiculture New Zealand, the police and the Ministry for Primary Industries are working together to build a database aimed at tracking thefts, and getting information that other agencies may have about the thousands of hives across the country.
