ACT: National must cut taxes before, not after, the election

Another take on taxes, this time from the ACT Party leader David Seymour. "I'm saying cut taxes and cut them early. Because frankly the National Party have promised nine out of the last two tax cuts delivered. If the National Party delivered on every tax cut they promised, the IRD would be paying us by now."
