SCIRT expected to finish work in Christchurch in March

Those expecting a return to smooth roads in Christchurch may have a while to wait. The Stronger Christchurch Infrastructure Rebuild Team was established after the 2011 quakes. It's shutting up shop in March, and it's now up to the council to finish the job.
