US electoral college formally votes for Donald Trump

Donald Trump's run for the presidency takes its final formal step today as the electoral college meets to make his victory official. It's the electoral college voters who actually vote for the president unless they're wants called 'faithless voters'. This year there are a few, but that won't change the outcome.
