Apec leaders wary of Trump presidency but forging on with TPP

The incoming American president wasn't at the annual Apec summit but that didn't stop the leaders there from trying to figure out just what impact Donald Trump will have on international trade. Our economics correspondent Patrick O'Meara is at the Apec meeting.
